Magnif-A-Tent was truly magnificent. Meghan was awesome. She was always available, patient and executed our requests flawlessly. My daughter and son in-law had a spectacular tented wedding even though it rained. Thank you to all at Magnif-A-Tent who made the reception so special.

Best tent rental place around.

We chose Magnif-A-Tent for our backyard wedding and are so glad we did! Megan was so helpful from the beginning, always willing to jump on a call to discuss small details when we needed. We made several changes to our plans during the process and Megan was always quick to adapt and set us up with the right tent and rentals for our needs. Our partial clear top tent was absolutely beautiful and the set up crew was efficient, friendly and respectful to our yard. Pat was also extremely pleasant to work with and came to the property several times to ensure everything would be perfect!

Magnif-A-Tent is our go to company when we throw a party !! In the last few months we used them multiple times and we could not be happier !!! The customer service is truly amazing which is rare these days!! Justin is the absolute best! He is so easy to work with, they come to the space and measure and guide us on what size tent we need for the amount of people we are having! They work with us on all our price points for every party we have had even customizing our last tent to fit the budget and still have exactly what we want!! We just threw a Halloween anniversary party at our new property Magnificent-a-tent was able to do a beautiful 40x60 tent with beautiful lighting, they laid out an entire floor and walkway into the tent along with a heater that kept our guests comfortable in the chill of the night! Justin and his team also supplied us with the banquet tables, cocktail tables, linens and modern stools it really is a one stop shop ! We could not be more thankful !! I would recommend this company to everyone !! Thanks again Justin!

Honestly, this whole experience with Magnif-A - Tent was just outstanding from initial planning to taking the equipment away! The staff is super helpful and professional and every detail was handled beautifully. This was a deck/backyard wedding celebration in Blue Point with two tents and tables and dishes/glassware/silverware..It was simply perfect and I am so grateful for the help from this hard working crew! Thank you for the stellar work!!

At first, I was hesitant about hiring Magnifatent because they seemed pricier than other tent companies, but let me tell you- you really get what you pay for and I am SO glad we chose them. They didn’t just rent us a tent; they helped us create a whole floor plan to make sure our vision would fit the space. They were responsive (to my nonstop emails and requests- I’msorry lol), organized, and a pleasure to work with. We went with a clear-top tent, and when there was a small scuff on one of the panels, they immediately replaced it with a brand-new cover. They even dropped off heaters last minute due to the weather, and covered the pole that would be behind our sweetheart table. We got all our tables, chairs, cocktail tables, ceremony chairs, tent, and heaters from them, and it all looked beautiful. The weather ended up being terrible and we had to move our entire ceremony to under the tent, and it was truly just as beautiful. Honestly, I would never even consider hiring a different tent company after working with Megan and her brother at Magnifatent. A++++++

Words cannot describe how eternally grateful my husband and I are to have had Meghan , Pat and Justin of Magnifatent. We have had the absolute pleasure of working with this magnificent team since day one. Meghan was an absolute gem and beautiful human being. She spoke with me and my father on MANY long phone calls over the two years of planning to bring to life the most beautiful event space. We trusted her to give her FULL creative freedom to pick and choose napkins, runners, tables, chairs, lighting , raising the tent height, the kind of tent and the ten million of design choices; each choice she made perfectly matched the outdoor venue space. She created a magical fairytale space. Meghan used a design program to help us visualize the space and move aspects of this around in 2D and 3D visuals. This was VITAL for our other vendors to understand the space that was being created. Meghan , you are our fairy godmother and we love you so much. You were so patient , kind, and a creative genius. I have no visual spatial skills, and you took the time to help explain everything to all of us and make us feel like we were going to be able to see everything before the day of which completely helped ease my bride brain. thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Pat. You are simply a magician. You put up our ginormous structure of a tent, all the lighting in the tent and over the deck of the pool in one day . your team worked tirelessly and were beautiful and kind people. I cannot thank you enough for the endless site visits and helping explain everything to us and allowing the space feel safe and comfortable and also allowing us to add heaters to the pool deck and the tent only days before. All of your recommendations of adding tent attendants , knowing ways to keep the tent warm and cool. Were absolutely essential, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You are amazing. Justin. The man myth and legend. The day of our wedding it rained during our vows. It was very magical, however our DJ’s sound board was ruined. You saved the day by helping us find another DJ IN THE AREA during our cocktail hour. A night that could have been a disaster, was saved by your quick thinking. A new DJ was found, with the SAME equipment we needed. My husband and I didn’t know anything was amiss. You SAVED THE DAY. Your quick thinking and calm demeanor allowed us to enjoy cocktail hour and never know what was going on behind the scenes. THANK YOU for being our fairy god father. There are NO WORDS to describe how ABSOLUTELY AMAZING this team was start to finish over our entire planning process. They made everything easy, understanding, and made it feel like we were working with family. The running joke of our farewell brunch was we will have three kids and name them after this team because we truly owe them that much. They are forever family and cannot thank them enough.

I cannot recommend this company enough! We hired them at the last minute for our wedding when the weather changed, and they truly saved the day. Their team was incredibly responsive and managed to set up a beautiful tent that not only fit our needs perfectly, but also added a touch of elegance to our ceremony. Working with Magnif-A-Tent was a literal dream. They were quick to respond with any questions I had. They were flexible with the many many changes that were made while planning my wedding. They never once complained or made me feel like I was a bother. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed knowing that they would be a big part of my wedding day. A true family owned business that cares about their customers. The tent for my wedding was beautiful! The tables, chairs, dance floor, stage, bars, and lighting were exactly what I wanted and they were in MINT condition. I would 100% work with them again.

I rented a tent, tables, chairs and linens for a backyard baby shower. I was pleased with everything. There was a slight issue with some of the linens. I texted Meghan, my company contact, the night before my party and Justin (the owner) showed up early the next morning with replacement linens. I was very impressed with their professionalism, from installation to removal and everything in between. I would use them again. A very reputable company.

Magnif-A-Tent did my father’s 90th birthday this past weekend. I have also used them In the past for other events. Their customer service and professionalism is always consistent. They are so easy to work with and always do a great job with set up and removal. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Cannot recommend them enough!

Hands-down, the best tent company I’ve worked with and that’s coming from an event professional. These guys are timely, diligent, trustworthy, and knowledgeable - their team of pros really care for every job and detail. They were commissioned to hang open source string lights at my clients home with very short notice and were able to not only tackle the request but adapt to the clients needs on site, where the client now wants to keep their lights because it looks so beautiful
