At first, I was hesitant about hiring Magnifatent because they seemed pricier than other tent companies, but let me tell you- you really get what you pay for and I am SO glad we chose them. They didn’t just rent us a tent; they helped us create a whole floor plan to make sure our vision would fit the space. They were responsive (to my nonstop emails and requests- I’msorry lol), organized, and a pleasure to work with. We went with a clear-top tent, and when there was a small scuff on one of the panels, they immediately replaced it with a brand-new cover. They even dropped off heaters last minute due to the weather, and covered the pole that would be behind our sweetheart table. We got all our tables, chairs, cocktail tables, ceremony chairs, tent, and heaters from them, and it all looked beautiful. The weather ended up being terrible and we had to move our entire ceremony to under the tent, and it was truly just as beautiful. Honestly, I would never even consider hiring a different tent company after working with Megan and her brother at Magnifatent. A++++++

Words cannot describe how eternally grateful my husband and I are to have had Meghan , Pat and Justin of Magnifatent. We have had the absolute pleasure of working with this magnificent team since day one. Meghan was an absolute gem and beautiful human being. She spoke with me and my father on MANY long phone calls over the two years of planning to bring to life the most beautiful event space. We trusted her to give her FULL creative freedom to pick and choose napkins, runners, tables, chairs, lighting , raising the tent height, the kind of tent and the ten million of design choices; each choice she made perfectly matched the outdoor venue space. She created a magical fairytale space. Meghan used a design program to help us visualize the space and move aspects of this around in 2D and 3D visuals. This was VITAL for our other vendors to understand the space that was being created. Meghan , you are our fairy godmother and we love you so much. You were so patient , kind, and a creative genius. I have no visual spatial skills, and you took the time to help explain everything to all of us and make us feel like we were going to be able to see everything before the day of which completely helped ease my bride brain. thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Pat. You are simply a magician. You put up our ginormous structure of a tent, all the lighting in the tent and over the deck of the pool in one day . your team worked tirelessly and were beautiful and kind people. I cannot thank you enough for the endless site visits and helping explain everything to us and allowing the space feel safe and comfortable and also allowing us to add heaters to the pool deck and the tent only days before. All of your recommendations of adding tent attendants , knowing ways to keep the tent warm and cool. Were absolutely essential, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You are amazing. Justin. The man myth and legend. The day of our wedding it rained during our vows. It was very magical, however our DJ’s sound board was ruined. You saved the day by helping us find another DJ IN THE AREA during our cocktail hour. A night that could have been a disaster, was saved by your quick thinking. A new DJ was found, with the SAME equipment we needed. My husband and I didn’t know anything was amiss. You SAVED THE DAY. Your quick thinking and calm demeanor allowed us to enjoy cocktail hour and never know what was going on behind the scenes. THANK YOU for being our fairy god father. There are NO WORDS to describe how ABSOLUTELY AMAZING this team was start to finish over our entire planning process. They made everything easy, understanding, and made it feel like we were working with family. The running joke of our farewell brunch was we will have three kids and name them after this team because we truly owe them that much. They are forever family and cannot thank them enough.

Working with Magnif-A-Tent was a literal dream. They were quick to respond with any questions I had. They were flexible with the many many changes that were made while planning my wedding. They never once complained or made me feel like I was a bother. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed knowing that they would be a big part of my wedding day. I rented a tent, tables, chairs and linens for a backyard baby shower. I was pleased with everything. There was a slight issue with some of the linens. I texted Meghan, my company contact, the night before my party and Justin (the owner) showed up early the next morning with replacement linens. I was very impressed with their professionalism, from installation to removal and everything in between. I would use them again. A very reputable company.

Hands-down, the best tent company I’ve worked with and that’s coming from an event professional. These guys are timely, diligent, trustworthy, and knowledgeable - their team of pros really care for every job and detail. They were commissioned to hang open source string lights at my clients home with very short notice and were able to not only tackle the request but adapt to the clients needs on site, where the client now wants to keep their lights because it looks so beautiful

Justin and Meghan were the best. My daughter decided to have her wedding celebration on a beach setting. Of course weather is always a concern - as luck had it - it turned out great. Justin and his crew set up an amazing outdoor wonderland for our guests to enjoy both the beach and an elegant outdoor space. Referred to this company on a months notice and there they were! Amazing experience with the crew from Magnif-a-tent - special shout out to Jack who made sure everything was perfect. Hosted my mom’s birthday surprise party last weekend at my home and they arrived promptly to set up a day in advance which took a massive amount of stress off of me. The tent looked amazing with tables chairs and white linens as well as bistro lighting across the top which one of the guys (Jack) did in a really pretty pattern. Working with them was super easy and I would most definitely recommend for your next party or event!
